Public services such as water and electricity are currently under process. They will be guaranteed in a purchase agreement.

Correct, you will have 100% ownership of your land

Right after water and electricity is installed, which is planned for 2025.

No, but we will offer certain advantages of a condominium, such as security, communal space for residents and regular maintenance

You may save your lot with 10% (mountain view) to 20% (ocean view).
